{"id":463,"date":"2016-02-22T14:37:00","date_gmt":"2016-02-22T19:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eiq.knx.mybluehost.me\/website_78d26930\/bigdatacourse?p=463"},"modified":"2016-02-22T14:37:00","modified_gmt":"2016-02-22T19:37:00","slug":"i-just-want-some-ice-cream","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jjsylvia.com\/bigdatacourse\/i-just-want-some-ice-cream\/","title":{"rendered":"I just want some ice cream."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Okay, I usually do all of myself tracking on pen and paper so that I am able to go back and really analyze things better for myself.\u00a0 I am on the wrestling team here, so losing a lot of weight every week is very common for me.\u00a0 I tend to lose somewhere between twelve and fifteen pounds every week.\u00a0 I write down everything I eat and how my weight is, and then relate that to how I feel in my workouts.\u00a0 This allows me to see what types of things my body needs whenever I am at a certain weight.<br \/>\nFor this assignment, I decided to download &#8220;Food Blogging Free&#8221;
