So, I went through a solid amount of my Facebook photos, and I realized something fairly obvious: I love long necklaces that have some type of tassel or pendant. I also like taking pictures of bodies of water that I visit, like lakes and stuff.<\/p>\n

It would not be hard to figure out that I have a certain clothing style, and an advertisement company could definitely target me based on my relatively bohemian style. Hit me with a dangle-y piece of jewelry or kimono, and I am probably yours. (I’ve been called out for my love of long necklaces and kimonos before, actually, so retailers could have a field day with me.) If a company wanted to really sucker me in then they would also probably have stalked me enough to realize I love tie-dyed and acid-washed pieces of clothing!<\/p>\n

As far as the nature side of my personality, my Facebook pictures give off lake-girl vibes. I do love me a good, clean lake for swimming and hanging out with my friends and family. My aunt and uncle live up on Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia, which is a large part of the reason I have an abundance of pictures that feature the lake or items a person tends to have or spice up his\/her lake life with: jet skis, water skis, rafts, noodles, and a crazy dog jumping in the water all the time. BUT, I don’t actually care for or personally need any lake accessories myself, so a company that targeted really specific ads at me would not have much success. However, given my age and the demographic that I would fall into, I am sure that companies would be able to figure out that I do not own a house on the lake myself. It would be quick and easy for them to come at me with some type of ad that features a smaller product that I’d be able to bring with me to the lake–perhaps some type of cooler, a bathing suit, a pair of flip flops, or a float.<\/p>\n

Finally, there are also a fair amount of pictures on my Facebook that signify my love for reading. Books, books, books! I’m sure that any company selling books or a certain genre of literature would be able to strategically bombard me with ads in this department.<\/p>\n
